The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds, and look better than the outside of the hotel. Breakfast was good, there was plenty of parking, and the staff were really nice. I'd stay again. The hallway carpet could use replacing, but otherwise the room was good.

We needed somewhere to spend the night while we were in the area, and being able to book rooms that same evening was a relief. We were exhausted and didn't think clearly when the clerk photocopied our IDs. The carpet on the way to the rooms was very dirty, but the rooms looked clean enough, so we stayed. At checkout the next morning, I asked why they needed to keep copies of our driver's licenses. The clerk tried to persuade me that keeping customers' personal documents after payment was complete was “for protection.” I wasn't sure who was being protected, but I felt hoodwinked. Their cleanliness and questionable policies make it hard to recommend the place. We'd also been told at check-in that partying wasn't allowed. Still, people in my group got no sleep because of loud partying in another room or rooms.

After a long international flight, my family and I expected a comfortable, safe place to rest. Instead, the room was unbearably hot because the AC unit didn't work, and no fan was available. My infant daughter cried all night from the heat and discomfort. I'd requested a crib ahead of time, but none was available, so my baby had to sleep on a queen bed, which isn't safe or suitable for an infant. The room also hadn't been properly cleaned. There was garbage beside one of the beds, and I have photos of it. When I raised these problems at the front desk, the receptionist flatly said, “I am going to say no for the refund.” When I asked if she was ignoring my concerns, she said, “Yes.” This was one of the worst stays my family has ever had. The hotel failed to provide basic comfort, safety, or cleanliness, and the staff openly disrespected a paying guest with valid concerns. I urge travelers to avoid [Hotel Name]. Until the facilities and staff attitude improve, I wouldn't consider this a safe or comfortable place for families or other travelers.

If a cheap room is all you want and you can put up with awful hallway smells, yellow oily liquid on the elevator buttons, and nobody at the counter, this might be the place for you. Housekeeping had an attitude and opened the door without knocking. I also saw employees partying and drinking in the conference room while on the clock. Several employees, including security, apparently live at the hotel. I overheard people talking about it and an employee confirmed that some do, then said, “but shhhh”. 🤷‍♀️ The owner should look into whether employees are living there or hosting parties while working, since they may not know it's happening.
