Robby and Jim at the front desk were incredibly patient and helpful with my family. Breakfast was ready every day like clockwork, and Heena and Suresh, our housekeepers, were so kind and gracious. They made sure we had what we needed, changed the sheets, and vacuumed every few days without us having to ask. We stayed upstairs in a King room. It was very clean and updated, with nice fixtures. The location was perfect for downtown events, and even on busy weekends I could still find parking. The walk to the fountain at night was beautiful. Definitely worth every penny, and we'll be back!

Ravi and the front desk team were efficient and professional, which stood out during our stay. My spouse and I picked this hotel for a trip to St. Louis, and being downtown made it convenient to get to local attractions. We expect to return on a future visit.

The room was unbearably hot because the air barely worked, and the bed was uncomfortable. The continental breakfast isn't worth serving. If your dog barks a lot, bringing it along means dealing with all kinds of complaints. Out of all the hotels and motels I've stayed at, this was the worst experience. I won't stay here again.

The front desk staff were nice, and breakfast was served, but you're limited to one cup of orange juice or one cup of apple juice, which I didn't like. They also don't let you hold visitors. The housekeeping was good, though. Suresh and his wife Neena were nice and kept the rooms clean.

We could easily walk downtown, and we'll stay here again. The room was super clean and updated, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom looked brand new and was bigger than I'd expected.
