Bellevue Hotel & Suites

I expected less and ended up pleasantly surprised. The room is roomy, clean, and smells nice, with a soft, clean bed. The heat and air conditioning both worked well, and there was plenty of hot water. I also found a coffee pot, microwave, and a pretty large mini fridge in the room. Check-in was easy, and the staff have been friendly so far. I’d recommend it, since you get amenities as good as, or better than, what you’d find at a pricier hotel.

I don’t understand why this place has two stars. It should have one. Neither lamp worked, only one key card worked, the TV remote was dead, and the floor was filthy. The vending machine took my money without giving me the snack I wanted. I’m not coming back. These good reviews must be old or written by employees.

We got in late on a road trip just looking for somewhere to sleep, and the room felt dirty all over and smelled like urine. This is a dirty motel, not a hotel. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut, and the “Continental Breakfast” was abysmal. We were in Room 105, in case they ask in a reply. Charging $120 for this is ridiculous.

Customer service was amazing, even so late at night. I smelled like a baby. The bed was so clean and comfy, a 10 out of 10, and the shower got nice and hot. The coffee was great, dark just the way I like it, with my favorite creamer.
