I've traveled for years and never dealt with a hotel employee this rude to customers. I'm disabled, though it isn't always visible, and I'm only just walking with a cane again after a neuromuscular flare that had me in a wheelchair. Moving is hard for me. The Manager wouldn't extend my ADA room, so I chose another one, then clarified that they weren't extending my stay at all. I had 32 minutes to leave, as she emphasized. When I asked why, she wouldn't say. Nobody offered help. The woman beside me had even less mobility and said she'd been “kicked out.” The whole thing was handled terribly. They could at least have allowed a few extra minutes as a reasonable accommodation. This team needs training.

For the price, parking included is good. I was there one night, and the employees were polite and friendly. Breakfast was coffee, oatmeal, muffins, and yogurt. The hotel itself was just okay, and the atmosphere felt a little uncomfortable: my neighbors were loud, and I saw two couples arguing.

The property has serious upkeep problems. The bathroom drains weren't working properly, and there was no maintenance staff on site to deal with them. I also noticed signs of bedbugs during my stay, which is a major health and safety concern. Service was poor too. Management was rude and unprofessional, and several staff members weren't doing their jobs properly. On more than one occasion, employees gave false information about guests, which came across as discriminatory and unacceptable. The place fell short on basic cleanliness, professionalism, and guest care. Management should address these issues right away. This was far below what I'd expect from a hotel in a downtown area.

I was there through the American Cancer Society for my final surgery related to my double mastectomy. AMC had booked a king room for my husband and me because we're bigger, but we walked into a queen. I showed the front desk person my confirmation, and she was very helpful, but the manager still said absolutely not. After surgery the next day, we asked about getting a recliner. The maintenance man fixed it, but it immediately broke again. My husband then asked if we could have another chair so I could sit upright while recovering. Again, he was told absolutely not. The management showed no empathy, compassion, or customer service skills.
