I wouldn't book with Kasa again unless they show photos of the actual unit. The place pictured looked great, but the one I got was dark, dingy, and furnished with what seemed like motel rejects. The dining table started collapsing under my laptop; the hard little couch and mismatched plastic chairs were uncomfortable, and there was no bedroom TV, which mattered while I was recovering from surgery. The glass-door blinds were mangled and wouldn't shut. Bedroom drapes hung over an electric baseboard heater. The heat also had a problem, though it was fixed the next day. Communication was inconsistent. I booked parking, was then told to pay again, and later got an email saying parking was canceled. I was promised detailed instructions 48 hours before arrival, but they never came, so I had to call for a link. Be proactive with the staff, since some representatives seemed clueless, and ask for specific unit photos before booking.

The place was comfortable and quiet, and the location was great. It was as advertised otherwise, though there was only one washcloth. Housekeeping brought hand soap after we let them know there wasn't any in the rental.

The host was quick to answer my questions, which made me feel looked after and kept the stay hassle-free. The space was a relaxing place to come back to after busy days, and the location made everything convenient, from dining to shopping. I'd recommend it if you're after a comfortable stay in a handy spot.

This apartment worked really well for our family while our house was being renovated for a few weeks. The two-bedroom, two-bath layout was great, with the kids' room and bathroom at one end and ours at the other. There was plenty of space, including a big kitchen, laundry room, and an office where our daughter could do homework. It was surprisingly quiet, and the shower, tub, and sinks were very clean, though the carpet needs replacing. Kasa staff were friendly and responsive. We did have to live out of suitcases the whole time because the bedrooms lacked drawer storage, but that was a small inconvenience. We were all happy there.
