The staff were wonderful about trying to sort things out, but our stay in room 325 showed how much this place needs upgrades. The HVAC wasn’t working properly. Maintenance adjusted it and it improved, though it still wasn’t great, and particles blew out of the filter when it started. The TV was fixed, worked for a day, then stopped again. We could hear everything from the rooms on both sides because the walls are so thin. The sink drained poorly, and the tub surround had a lot of repairs. I also took pictures of mold in the window corners. There’s only so much maintenance can fix before things need replacing.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, but the room prices don’t make sense for the state of this hotel. There are electrical issues throughout, though they vary by room: some outlets don’t work, and in others only a few lights do. There’s a rat problem too. Sit in the lobby for a minute and you’ll see them running around. The whole place reeks of weed, and not even the good stuff. The washer has been broken for over a week, there’s basically no maintenance, and you never see a manager.

After two weeks of vacation, our four-night stay here was a lovely finish. The rooms were clean and very quiet, and our visit was wonderful. The staff and management helped sort out our stay, and we appreciated their courtesy and kindness. We’ll definitely stay here again.

The ladies made our stay a good one, thank you. Staff were great, the rooms were clean, and I felt very safe. Parking was tight for a semi, but I managed it.
