The location is a strong point, and the parking garage was easy to get into with plenty of spots. The balcony overlooking the street is well placed for watching the parade, but it gets cold fast. Some outdoor heaters and better lighting would make it much more useful. As it is, it feels wasted. The hot showers were a plus, and the room was clean, though the bathroom felt cramped. Our first room smelled strongly of smoke despite being non-smoking, but they quickly moved us to another one. The rooms are smaller than comparable four-star hotels in Seattle, Ruston, and Portland, and they didn’t provide extra towels or amenities when we asked. The pool towels also weren’t big enough to wrap around your waist. There was hair floating in the jacuzzi, which could use more frequent upkeep, and it could have been hotter. I liked the hot cocoa in the lobby, but they ran out quickly and never refilled it. The presentation is on point, and they’ve got the location down. A few small improvements could make this the best hotel in this part of town.

The pool was fantastic, and there’s a hot tub too. We used the gym every night and thought it was great. We stayed at the Westin over Christmas, and LuLu at the front desk made the visit especially enjoyable. She’s a real asset to the Westin. I’d highly recommend it.

We had our seven-month-old son with us, and the crib they brought worked out great. The rooms were clean and very nice, and the service was great. It’s a crowded area, but there are lots of shops and places to eat within walking distance. Parking costs a lot, though it was free over the weekend, which worked out well for us. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

The location is really kid-friendly, with activities and food choices all around, and room service was friendly. We had another great stay last month. Mr Jung at reception was professional and went out of his way to arrange a room change to one like the room we’d had on our previous visit. Looking forward to coming back.

We came for Snowflake Lane on Christmas Eve and had a good stay overall. The view from our corner Executive Suite on the 17th floor was excellent, probably the best in the city, and our three-year-old loved the indoor pool. The view of the parade from the 4th balcony was lovely, and the hotel seemed like one of the best spots to watch it without much crowding. Since we were three adults and a child, it was surprising to find just one instant coffee cup and one bottle of water in the room. Maybe that was a mistake, but I had to ask for more. There was a fridge but no microwave. We had a meal that needed heating, so I asked about one. They could deliver it for an extra $45, which felt pricey but acceptable. Guests can use in-room dining, eat out, or bring food that’s ready to eat. Since it’s downtown Bellevue, there are plenty of places to eat, except on special holidays. There was no cutlery or plates in the room either, though you can ask for them. I’d prefer if those were provided by default. The complimentary breakfast buffet had few choices. For $10, you could upgrade to get more options and an egg station. The price was okay, but I wish the buffet were larger. We’ll probably stay here again to see the parade next year.
