Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Kansas City Bel

The bed was comfortable and the room itself was very nice. One issue: room service came in despite the DO NOT DISTURB sign, so I had to ask the front desk to cancel room service for the rest of my stay.

Getting to the hotel from the interstate was easy, and our room stayed quiet. The staff were great and the room was clean. Fairfield has had the most comfortable hotel beds and sheets we've slept on in the last couple of years, and the breakfast sandwich was really good. There seemed to be fewer breakfast choices here than at the last Fairfield we stayed at. The fitness room looked large and well equipped, though we didn't get time to use it. The pool, on the other hand, looked tiny, almost like a big hot tub.

The breakfast bar had plenty to choose from, including waffles that came out crisp and tasty. The attendant was friendly and helpful, as were all the staff we spoke with. The owners' care shows in the recent upkeep, fresh linens, and the cute courtyard outside with a new BBQ grill. It's an older property awaiting renovation, but it was clean and well maintained. The bed, sheets, coverlet, and carpet all felt fresh, too. We'll stay again and look forward to seeing the place after the renovations are finished.

We had a comfortable, modern stay at Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Kansas City Belton. The rooms were clean and roomy, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was included, and there was free Wi-Fi and a fitness center. The location was convenient, and the atmosphere felt welcoming, making it a dependable option for a work trip or a getaway.
