Benbrook Inn & Suites

I slept really well here, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The front desk manager was friendly and accommodating. I’d recommend staying here if you’re traveling to Fort Worth or Benbrook.

It’s very quiet here, and I felt safe. There weren’t any homeless people wandering around, which was nice. The room was spacious, clean, and recently updated, but nobody came by to offer room cleaning, and visitors aren’t allowed.

The staff were friendly, and my room felt cozy and was clean.

I’ve been staying here for three weeks because my company booked it, and I told them I’d quit if they ever put me here again. The room reeks of cigarette smoke, the bed covers have cigarette burns, and the towels are dingy, like they were hand-washed in a river and dried in a pine tree. There’s hardly any water pressure from any faucet. Customer service is awful, and management seems nonexistent. They’re always trying to put you out without a refund, and they overreact to anything they don’t like.
