Quality Inn Bend North

I stay here for work, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast is a great start to the day. There’s also an indoor pool and spa, plus a fitness room. What more do you need?

A simple, no-frills motel with really friendly staff and a good breakfast included. It’s also cat friendly, which is unusual to find, and they even had cat treats at the front desk. Such a nice surprise!

The check-in was smooth and took an average amount of time, but there were two women sitting on the sidewalk out front, drinking six-packs of beer and smoking when we arrived. The hotel and rooms feel dated, and the WiFi took a while to connect. Our room’s cable didn’t work, and the front desk employee couldn’t get it working either. At 9:45 pm, a car was sitting with its driver-side door open and very loud music playing in Spanish. The walls between rooms are thin, so we could easily hear people talking next door. Breakfast was average. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you can’t find another hotel.

I spend a lot of time in hotels as a diamond member, and Sam really stood out. She was polished and clear when explaining what the hotel offered, and made it easy to ask for anything else we needed. So courteous and accommodating. I wish every hotel had someone like her. Thanks, Sam!
