The room was cleaner than I expected, and the staff were professional, friendly, and ready to help. We arrived with three charter buses, but only two could park on site since street parking wasn't allowed. The team went out of their way to connect me with the police, who kindly came over and helped us find somewhere to park overnight. The facility and rooms were clean, too.

Heather, the night auditor, is the reason I'll choose this hotel whenever I'm in the Knoxville metro area. She's funny, knows her stuff, and is incredibly professional. I've told her five times already, but she's one of a kind and deserves a big raise. Five stars, highly recommended. People can put a lot of effort into keeping up a facade, but the truth comes out eventually. Watching that sort of thing is exhausting, and nobody is above the law.

The breakfast was warm and delicious, and the pool was clean and nicely heated. Our room was clean as well, and the staff were friendly. We were very happy with our stay, especially since they welcome pets.

The hotel looked older and somewhat run down, unlike the photos, which made it seem new. If it had matched those pictures, I would've given it five stars. It's definitely not a new or newer property.

One small thing: I'd rather see a QR code for tips, like at some other hotels, since we don't carry cash. Otherwise, this was one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in, and the breakfast was much better than usual.
