SpringHill Suites Bend

The front desk receptionist deserves a special mention. She was always smiling, polite, and very helpful. The hotel itself feels new and modern, with lovely design and everything clean and well organized. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the large pool with a jacuzzi was great. Breakfast was okay, but I would’ve liked a bigger selection, especially more vegetables. It was a very pleasant stay, and I’d definitely recommend it.

I was only here briefly for a business trip, but it was a great stay. The lobby feels welcoming and modern, and my room was clean with comfortable beds. Service was friendly and helpful. Parking is expensive, though that seems normal for Bend. I look forward to coming back.

The location made things easy, with restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and other amenities nearby. Staff were consistently helpful and polite, and they greeted us whenever we crossed paths. The property was very clean and well cared for, including the pool and gym. Breakfast looked healthy but was short on flavor. Having hot coffee and tea available around the clock was a great touch.

The room smelled, the pool was dirty, and I even found hair in my omelet. I was charged $20 for parking without being told about the fee. She only asked whether I had a vehicle, then asked me to swipe my card, and I assumed it was a deposit. I never signed anything and only realized from the email later that it was parking. The manager, Kevin, was rude and didn’t know how to speak to customers. I’ll send a written complaint to corporate. Avoid this place.
