It’s a small RV park close to downtown, and we’d definitely stay again. The spaces are tight, so you really need to know how to back your trailer in. It can get loud sometimes because it’s near the road. They have showers and laundry on site, plus morning coffee, a shared grill, and a propane fireplace.
The camp is clean and in a great location. My main complaint is the bathrooms. The old sink handles have to be held down, so you can only really wash one hand at a time. The showers are barely warm, and you have to press a button every 30 seconds or so to keep the water running. There’s no way to adjust the spray.
We spent October here and got to see the park’s leaves change while snow filled the Sisters mountains. The location is convenient, but the place still feels like a tucked-away haven downtown. We loved the fire pit, coffee in the morning, and the dog run at the back of the park. The laundry machines worked really well too. We’d absolutely come back.
The place was clean and quiet at night, and the manager was very accommodating. It’s a great little find close to everything in Bend, and they’re very dog friendly. We especially liked the morning coffee service by the big, inviting fire pit. We’ll definitely stay again.
It’s a nice campground, easy to get on and off the highway, though being in town means there’s some town noise. We liked the grill and fire pit area. It was good to have bathrooms and showers, but the puddles on the floor weren’t great. Laurie's is a good diner just a two-block walk down the road.
