Marshall, the owner, was quick to help whenever we needed anything and clearly cares about making guests feel looked after. The property was peaceful, clean, and quiet, and we’ve had a wonderful stay each time we’ve visited. We’ve been here a couple of times already and will keep choosing it when we come to Asheville. Highly recommend.

The quiet setting was a real plus: Asheville Cottages is near downtown Asheville and the mountain hiking trails, yet set back from the road with no traffic noise. We also enjoyed the shared outdoor spots, especially the hammock and fire pit, where we could unwind after exploring. Inside, the cottage was exceptionally clean and had plenty of thoughtful touches. The heated bathroom floors, extra hooks, and ample towels and linens made things easy, and we appreciated the vacuum, private hot tub, and complimentary drinks and snacks. The design made the stay comfortable and stress-free. We’d gladly come back.

The peaceful, welcoming grounds made a lovely impression, and Marshall and Tracie checked in to make sure our visit was going well. We stayed in the Magnolia Cottage at Asheville Cottages, which was even better than we expected. It was beautifully decorated, with a well-equipped kitchen and everything we needed in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The heated bathroom floors were a favorite, and the snacks were a nice extra. We’re already thinking about another trip. Thank you, Tracie and Marshall, for making our time in Asheville memorable.

Our 3/2 cottage was spotless, with carefully arranged linens and snacks waiting when we arrived. The cleaning lady had prepared it as if it were her own home, and the owners and staff were super hosts. It was quiet but close enough to use as a base while exploring Asheville and nearby areas. As soon as we walked in, it felt like home, just as the booking details had promised about the meticulous cleanliness. We had an excellent visit and only wish we could have stayed longer. I usually love vacations where we’re out and about, but this was the first one where I didn’t want to leave the cottage. I cooked most of our meals and only turned on the TV once. It was beautiful, with everything we needed close at hand, and the personal messages were such a sweet touch. The hot tub, fire pits, and fireplace made it feel private, peaceful, and romantic, just right for the quiet weekend off the grid my husband and I wanted. I knew from the website this would be the place, and it had even more than I hoped for. I haven’t stopped talking about it, and I can’t wait to visit again.
