Ac Hotel Bentonville

The location worked well for us, with most of the things we did or ate just a 4-7 minute drive away. My husband also loved running the trails Bentonville has to offer. The lobby is stunning, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the rooftop bar was beautiful. The drinks and apps tasted good, and service there was great. We stayed when the hotel was newer, with our two young kids. The room was clean, and I liked the maids’ attention to details like putting water glasses in the refrigerator. But the room itself was the weak spot. The European-style rooms are tiny, fine for one or maybe two people, but much too small for a family of four on a long weekend. There wasn’t much storage, the bathroom was small, and the vanity lighting was terrible for doing makeup, especially in a brand-new hotel. That should have come up during the design mockup.

The beds were amazingly comfortable, and I’d love to have one at home. The rooms were very clean and well appointed, and overall it’s a great property. I gave it five stars even though it had only been open a few months and there were problems. When I brought my concerns to the staff, they fixed them right away without question. Customer service and satisfaction clearly matter here, and I’d happily stay again when I’m in Bentonville, Arkansas.

The rooms are the problem here. The air conditioning never gets cold, and with no window to open, the room stays hot. There’s no air vent in the bathroom either, so I won’t come back. The lobby looks beautiful and the staff are friendly enough, but the rooms don’t work well. C 21 and even the elements are better options. This is a cheap new build with cheap finishes, nice in photos but not in real life. Don’t waste your money.

The staff made the stay. Front desk employees were friendly and knew their stuff, checked my bike into the storage area right up front, and helped us sort out a TV issue. They remembered our room number and always said hello. The hotel is beautiful and well kept, though still obviously new. We were in town for a race weekend, and it was easy to get a ride to the downtown area where the race ended. The room worked fine for sleeping, and the bed was really comfortable. I wasn’t keen on the sink or toilet, which weren’t very efficient, but I understand that’s part of the European design. I’d recommend checking it out.
