The Jamison at Brier Creek

Living at The Jamison at Brier Creek in Raleigh for two years was comfortable and convenient. Brier Creek made everyday errands easy, with shopping, dining, grocery stores, and other essentials just minutes away. Major highways and RDU Airport were close too, which helped with commuting and travel. The pool was clean and relaxing, the fitness center worked well for regular workouts, and the clubhouse was a good spot for gatherings or remote work. Those amenities were kept up and usable year-round. The community was respectful and considerate. Neighbors were polite, noise stayed reasonable, and the common areas were in good shape. The property was consistently clean and well maintained, and management was professional. Maintenance requests were handled promptly, while the leasing office communicated clearly and courteously. The staff stood out throughout my residency, not just when I was leasing. They were respectful, attentive, treated residents with dignity, and handled concerns efficiently. I’d confidently recommend this well-managed community to anyone looking for an apartment in the Raleigh area.

Great customer service from Victoria. She’s a valuable part of the property management team, and the quality of her work shows. She’s attentive to detail, professional, and responsive, and she follows through on requests in a timely way. Her communication is clear and respectful, and she takes time to address concerns and offer helpful solutions. She’s an excellent Assistant Property Manager.

My husband and I have lived here for four months and love it. The clubhouse amenities are my favorite, and everything there is clean and put together. The housekeepers are all so friendly. I had a lovely chat with Ms. Judith, who’s been with the company for over 10 years. Maintenance is friendly around the neighborhood and quick to respond to issues. 😊
