The second night was a lot better. Jasmine at the bar was amazing, Sonji at the front desk was kind and helpful, and Elliott made a great omelet at breakfast. The staff that night and the next day gave us great service and were very accommodating. I was here for a medical stay from Jan.4th-Jan.6th, 2026, and chose the hotel for its location and the jacuzzi shown in the online photos. Check-in was simple, though Ashlee didn't seem very enthusiastic, so it wasn't the warmest welcome. When we checked the room, one bed had lots of lint balls and two big brown handprints, which I think were dirt, on the white comforter. I called the desk and housekeeping came quickly to replace the linen. Apart from that bed, the room was clean. My son and I were disappointed to find a 3 ft pool and no jacuzzi. The pool wasn't heated, either. At 7:03pm on the first night, I tried to use our free drink vouchers, but the bartender said that if she honored one guest's vouchers she'd have to honor everyone's. We only wanted Sprite, no alcohol, but were turned away for being three minutes late. I also paid $6 for two cups of hot tea because there was no free coffee, tea, or water in the lobby. I don't use the in-room coffee and tea maker because I wonder how often it's cleaned. For nearly $200 a night, there should be more or better amenities. A 3 foot pool is for kids, free tea, water, and coffee should be available around the clock at a 4 star hotel, and $12 truffle fries is a rip off. Please take down the old jacuzzi photo if it was removed two years ago. I don't think I'll book here again, especially now that Hilton failed to uphold moral standards and supports the Trump Administration.

It was easy to get around without going far, since Embassy Suites Brier Creek sits beside a large plaza with shops, restaurants, and a spa. The airport shuttle was another helpful convenience, and there was even an ATM inside the hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff were friendly throughout the stay, and the complimentary breakfast each day had a good range of choices. We also enjoyed the evening reception, with two free drinks and snacks. It was more organized and efficient than we'd expected. A comfortable, welcoming visit, and we'd happily return.

Ashley was wonderful, and we're grateful to everyone here who helps make this a good place to stay. The guest service really stood out and made the whole experience great. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was fantastic. I didn't meet the housekeeping team, but it's clear they do beautiful work. It can be hard to find customer service this good these days, and this hotel exceeded my expectations.

The free breakfast is a nice reason to choose Embassy Suites, and families can let little ones burn off energy in the indoor heated pool. Many locations are also close to restaurants, so you can relax without traveling far. The hospitality is great, and they treat you like one of their own from the moment you walk in. There's plenty to enjoy, and if something comes up, they address it on the spot. Embassy Suites never lets you down. Next time you're booking a place to stay, look no further and book now.

When my car wouldn't start on departure morning, the front desk gentleman and the shuttle driver helped me jump it so we could get back on the road. Earlier, our heat stopped working, but the desk sent someone up within minutes of my call to fix it. We stayed in a family suite and had a great visit. The staff were nice, professional, and efficient. I'd definitely stay here again.
