Microtel Inn & Suites By Wyndham Bentonville

The breakfast was pretty good, and the staff were very friendly. The room itself was nice, though the pullout couch wasn't comfortable, the shower pressure was weak, and the TV kept fading out. We'd booked a room with two queen beds for three adults and a small child for Friday of Memorial Weekend. On the day we were leaving, the hotel called to say it had overbooked. Our options were a room with one bed and a foldout couch or finding somewhere else at short notice. I asked about a discount for the inconvenience and was offered $10. We didn't feel we had much choice, so we took the room.

The beds were comfortable, but breakfast was a letdown. It ends at 9, yet nothing had been replenished after 7:30. We choose places with breakfast to save money, so that was disappointing. The non-smoking rooms also smelled of stale smoke, and it took several tries to get the door keys to work.

A staff member kindly cleaned up after a little boy spilled his drink and kept reassuring his mom that accidents happen. That kind of care and character really stood out. Everything was clean, from the room and sheets to the floor. The room was smaller than others I've stayed in, but still comfortable. Check-in and checkout were smooth, the staff were great, and breakfast was good. I'd recommend this place for families. If my wife and I pass through Bentonville and need somewhere to sleep, this will be our first stop.

They serve a real breakfast here, with lots of hot and cold options, and the dining area is clean and roomy. Coffee and juice were always available. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff are very friendly. I also appreciated that the fridge and microwave came at no extra charge. This will be my regular place when we visit family.
