Spark By Hilton Bentonville

Great people, clean rooms, nice hot water, and the rooms themselves are awesome. The beds are pretty good, though I prefer foam, which I don't think any hotel has. There's a good commercial washer and dryer, and the price for using them is good. The back spaces for semi trucks are useful for us truckers, even if Hilton Corp went a little cheap with that setup. There's no in-room microwave or coffee pot, and the fridge is tiny. Breakfast is all gluten, just cereal, a bagel, and that sort of thing. Eggs and bacon would be welcome. The luggage trolleys are odd, too, some triangle-shaped thing from corporate that should be scrapped. Still, I'd recommend the place.

The room was clean, comfortable, and felt like home, and the price was great. Rocio was super professional and answered all my questions. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The staff were polite, friendly, and very accommodating, giving the whole place a great feel. The shower had good pressure, and the coffee was available around the clock. The breakfast selection was a little sparse, but not awful. My room had a slightly off smell, though it wasn't too bad and I got used to it quickly. Otherwise, the place was spotless. For the price, I'd call it good value, and I'd happily stay again.

Alex at reception gave us such a warm welcome and made us feel comfortable right away. I've stayed at Hilton hotels before, but this was my best experience. Her hospitality was the best I've seen from hotel staff. They should make sure she can keep doing the great work she does.
