The riverside area nearby was a lovely, quiet bonus, and the trees and ivy screened out the highway so well that I barely noticed it. The hotel is tucked behind the Valley River Inn, away from the busy main area, though the entrance is a little hidden. I liked that sense of seclusion and security. It's also close to Valley River Shopping Mall, making it easy to get around. Inside, everything was pristine, with a full kitchen, a roomy walk-in shower, and a good breakfast. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout. I usually don't enjoy hotel stays much, but this one impressed me, and I'd gladly recommend it.

After an unsafe AirBnb situation, Ellie and Takiko helped make sure I could stay somewhere safe and pleasant. I'm grateful I found this place for my ongoing trips to Eugene. I've stayed at plenty of luxury hotels, and the staff here show the same care for service. The whole team seemed joyful, which reflects well on Madison (Assistant GM) and the job she's doing leading them. I highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Eugene.

The staff made this stay special. They were kind and attentive, and showed real compassion and care in making us comfortable. Our King Suite had a stand-up shower, a couch with a pull-out bed, and a full kitchenette stocked with dishes and cookware, which is handy for a longer stay. The hotel is clean and new, and the free breakfast was better than the usual hotel spread. Thanks to all of you for making us feel so welcome!

I travel to Eugene for business often, and this team always makes me feel at home. Erik (the manager) and Takiko are especially helpful and accommodating. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and I've had a consistently great stay. The location is great too.

We’re snowbirds heading to Palm Springs and found this to be a great place in a good location. The gym was nice, and the staff recommended Sweet Waters next door, which was a great restaurant. The woman at the front desk, madeleine?, was courteous and very helpful. Bonvoy upgraded us to a one-bedroom, and the property is pet friendly. Highly recommended!
