The staff were the highlight for us, some of the kindest and most welcoming people we've met. They made sure we had what we needed. We stayed at Travelers Inn for four days during Nike Nationals, and the rooms were quiet, spotless, and comfortable after long days at the track. The location also made a busy meet weekend easy: it's minutes from the University of Oregon campus, Hayward Field, and Whole Foods. We'd happily stay again and recommend Travelers Inn for a meet, a campus visit, or a trip to explore the area.

Management was kind and helpful, and my room was clean. I had a great experience here.

Customer service was the best part, they were accommodating and helpful. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and a bathroom I liked. It also had a refrigerator, microwave, coffee, a small loveseat, and a desk with a comfortable chair. The parking looked limited, but the desk can direct you to extra spaces. We had a large truck and managed to park just fine, even over a busy weekend.

For the price, it was okay. The downtown location was good and parking was decent, but the room was hot and stuffy and smelled strongly of cleaner or perfume. The AC didn't cool it, the cold setting just blew regular air. Brown stains on the sheets and shower curtain concerned us, too. At check-in, the woman at the desk couldn't find our reservation at first, which worried us.

I was at Travelers Inn for the NCAA Track and Field championship. The room stayed clean and well cared for throughout, with fresh bedding when we came back each day and a tidy bathroom. The staff were very nice from check-in through the whole visit. Thanks to Philip and the team for a great stay.
