The tower suite had amazing views, and it was only a short walk up the stairs to get to the tower. I splurged on a night there during Christmas season. The hotel is tucked into the Berkeley hills, and the staff were professional and polite. I had some trouble finding the room at first, but one of them, Hannah I believe, was kind and helped me locate it. If I had to nitpick, the holiday decorations in the room felt a little cluttered. I had to move a few things to make space on the dresser and table. Still, it was an amazing stay.

We’ve stayed here twice for quick family getaways, and both visits were amazing. The location is beautiful, the rooms are nice, and the club amenities are top-notch. The staff were so helpful, special thanks to them!

The pools made for a great family day. There were three of them, plus a snack bar, lounge chairs and towels, so it was easy to enjoy the day. The champagne saber salute in the lobby was fun too. We came for a long weekend to visit family, and this was the perfect place. The bay and bridge views were great. Our room was large, clean, bright and airy, with comfy pillows and mattresses, a great shower and tub, and everything was first rate. The desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff were all very nice and helpful. Housekeeping was excellent. Every day we came back to a spotless room.
