Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel

Cheryl at the front desk was a real highlight, and the lounge attendant was outstanding too. I wish I'd remembered her name. My room seemed a little dated, though it wasn't bad. The restaurant was okay, neither great nor bad, and the prices were what you'd expect. Live music in the lobby was extremely loud. Still, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it.

The breakfast team had the same genuine, caring feel as the rest of the staff, and they were fantastic. My stay at the Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel was amazing. Right from arrival, Cheryl at the front desk made a difference with her warmth, professionalism, and real enthusiasm. She explained the amenities clearly during check-in and made me feel welcome and valued. That kind of personal attention isn't something I always get elsewhere, and it mattered. Outstanding service all around.

The staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating, but the room was a big disappointment during my two-night stay at the Renaissance Hotel Airport. There was a loud noise as soon as I entered, so I told the front desk. The agent asked if it was the A.C. and said she'd contact maintenance. I went to my car, and when I came back, maintenance had been in the room and left a card saying the problem was addressed. The noise hadn't changed, so I turned the unit off. The room also hadn't been cleaned properly. I found hair under one pillow and a stain on another. In the bathroom, a foul odor lingered throughout my stay, and a used bandaide was clearly visible on the floor. I took pictures, though I didn't know how to attach them to this post.

The 24 hour shuttle and digital check-in made my late arrival at this hotel by St. Louis Airport easy. From getting my bag to reaching my room took about 15 minutes. The hotel was very clean, with lots of amenities, and I slept really well. I highly recommend it.
