This older hotel is well maintained, quiet, and clean, and everything worked. The breakfast was okay, a bit below average by today’s standards. Our non-smoking room smelled of smoke, which was the only real problem. I was surprised to learn they still have a few smoking rooms. Otherwise it was functional, with no major issues.

The staff were friendly, and our room was clean, spacious, and cozy. We had a great stay and would recommend this place. If we pass through again, we’d stay here.

The front desk staff were friendly, and getting in with a trailer was easy. That’s about where the good news ends. The smell when you walk in could give you a contact high. We had a non-smoking room on the second floor and had to block the gap under the door with pillows. In the middle of the night, I killed a cockroach in the bathroom.

The room itself was fine, but it smelled so strongly of smoke that I had to sleep with the window open for fresh air. Walking into the place felt like you could get a contact high. I wouldn’t stay here with kids. Breakfast was nothing special, and the woman checking me in seemed annoyed that I was there.

The hot tub had hair in it, and there weren’t any pool towels. The website pictures don’t match what you find. You have to ask for a coffee pot because people steal them, and you can’t bring food into your room. The staff didn’t seem like they wanted to be there and weren’t very nice.
