The location was good and the bed and pillows were comfortable, but the stay was only fair at best. The floor was dirty enough that I had to ask for a broom after getting into the room. When we arrived, the front office door was locked and no check-in instructions had been sent ahead of time. Luckily, a worker cleaning another unit helped us work out which room we'd rented for the night. I'd look for somewhere else next time.

The Rostay is our go to when we visit the Bethel area, which we love. Check-in was easy, and our room was clean and comfortable. The location is ideal, close to plenty of restaurants and bars and two ski mountains. I also left something important in the room, and they found it quickly and are sending it back to me. My family had a great weekend there!

Stayed here for Sunday River skiing and was very satisfied. The place is clean, new, and comfortable, close to the ski resort and within walking distance of a food store. Very nice, and I'll come again.

The owners were helpful with nearby recommendations, from restaurants to snowmobile rentals and snowshoeing trails, all a short drive away. We don't ski, but it's only a few miles to Sunday River and Mt Abrams. We spent a long weekend in a recently renovated king room that was great, super clean, with a comfortable bed and an awesome shower. Rostay is an affordable, comfortable base for enjoying activities in the Betel area. We can't wait to come back in summer for hiking and mountain biking.

The staff and owners were flexible, friendly, and quick to respond, which really made the stay. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and hot water. It’s also a great spot near town and the ski resort. I’ll definitely stay here again. You’d be missing out if you didn’t!
