AKA Beverly Hills

We were promised a welcome package before arrival, but it never showed up and nobody followed up. Several appliances in the room also didn’t work properly. The room was dusty when we arrived and stayed that way during our visit. We found insects in it too, which was unacceptable. Housekeeping was very limited, and when we asked for help, the response was unhelpful and sometimes rude. For what this place costs, the service and accommodation didn’t meet expectations or justify the price. Cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service all need significant improvement.

The apartment was lovely, and its spot in the heart of Beverly Hills made it easy to walk everywhere. The staff really made the stay feel like a home run. My father chose the AKA for a long-term visit from Europe after his previous hotel in Westwood was no longer available. It was our first time staying with the AKA, and we were truly impressed. Mostafa, who I think was the general manager, welcomed me kindly and was very accommodating. Carlos was fantastic too, arranging early access to the unit since I’d driven a long way and was helping my father. Caden, the valet, helped unload my heavy suitcases and many grocery bags and put everything in the right places. He was friendly and made it all easy. While I unpacked, Adalina, the head of housekeeping, came by. She was a gem, made sure my father’s needs would be met, and checked that I was happy with the unit, which I was. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The apartment-style suites make AKA Beverly Hills a comfortable option for a short visit or a longer stay. They’re spacious, with modern kitchens, elegant interiors, and private balconies, so the feel is upscale but still homely. The location near Rodeo Drive and top restaurants is handy for shopping and dining. Staff are attentive, and amenities like the fitness center and outdoor terrace add to the appeal. It’s a refined mix of luxury and comfort for anyone looking for convenience and sophistication in Beverly Hills.

Dirty and nasty, and nothing like the fake pictures. The management was horrible and seemed to have zero hospitality experience. Worst hotel in Beverly Hills!
