The Maybourne Beverly Hills, Maybourne

The rooftop pool had breathtaking views, and the spa was one of the best experiences I’ve had. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, with lovely décor, quality amenities, and a peaceful feel. Throughout The Maybourne Beverly Hills, the spaces felt calm and thoughtfully put together. The service was warm, personal, and attentive without being too much, and every staff member seemed keen to make our stay memorable. Rodeo Drive, great restaurants, and luxury shopping are all within walking distance, yet the hotel itself stays quiet and relaxing. It’s a five-star experience for luxury, comfort, and impeccable service. We can’t wait to return.

The people were the best part, so friendly, lovely, and helpful all around. The rooms are beautiful, and Dante restaurant is a great addition, with wonderful, welcoming servers. I also loved the coffee in the cafe. The location is great, and I only wish we’d had more time. We’ll be back as soon as we can.

I’d give The Maybourne Beverly Hills a 9 out of 10 for recommending it. Vincent and Michael Fox from the concierge team went above and beyond, especially by getting me a hard-to-get reservation at Nobu Malibu. The ambiance, careful details, and smooth experience from arrival through departure all stood out. The property is stunning, and the service was consistently attentive, polished, warm, and never intrusive. I’d like to see them anticipate guest preferences more proactively, though, to make the personal touches even stronger. It was a wonderful stay, and I’d gladly recommend The Maybourne to friends, family, and colleagues.

Sabrina at the front desk was a wonderful host, and Fox at concierge was attentive and escorted us through the special tables. Andrei at the main bar was a real class act, and Natalia brought great English hospitality to the Whiskey Bar. The housekeeping lady was amazing and attentive, too. I usually stay at the Wilshire, but took a chance on the Maybourne for 8 nights and was thoroughly impressed. The laundry was good and fast, turndown was great, and breakfast was fantastic. I spent 20K? over the 8 days, and it was worth it. I’ll miss this place and can’t wait to revisit.
