Pine Knot Guest Ranch

The private hot tub was the best part of our deluxe suite, and it heated up quickly. We paid for a two-bed room with a small kitchen, including a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, portable two-burner stove, kettle, cookware, and cutlery, plus a tiny dining nook with a table and chairs. For the price, it felt well worth it. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. We had a mess when the tub leaked because we didn’t shut the jacuzzi off properly, and the instructions weren’t clear. They came right away to clean it and even offered to move us, which was really kind. We’d definitely return with friends or family. If you book a room with a hot tub, ask how to turn it off when you check in and make sure the directions are clear. Otherwise, you might run into the same leak situation. Apart from that, everything was awesome!

I picked this spot for some time to myself and was glad I did. Shops and good food are all within walking distance, and the hospitality was warm. The room and jacuzzi tub were very clean. I didn’t realize they accept tips and regret not having cash, so I’ll bring some next time. I’ll be back, and look forward to seeing you soon. Thank you again!

The place was quiet, felt safe, and had parking close to the cabin. We had a great stay. It’s an easy walk to the Village shops and restaurants, and the service was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a cabin feel and a huge jacuzzi. There’s also a kitchenette with a mini fridge for keeping food and drinks cold, plus room to make coffee or small meals.

Don’t forget to feed the cute llamas on the property! The staff are wonderful and friendly, and the cabins are clean, cozy, and spacious. The jacuzzi was just right after a chilly day. It’s only a short walk to Big Bear Village on the same street. This is our new favorite for a relaxing Big Bear stay. We can’t wait to come back.
