I called off the stay after the check-in experience and couldn't even get part of my money back for the trouble. I'd already paid for the booking, but was told an extra $100 deposit was due, plus a fee for checking in early. The person at the counter kept shouting “deposit” at me as if I hadn't understood. Shouldn't extra check-in charges be advertised? I hated the whole thing. I'd give it half a star if I could.
