Country Inn & Suites, Oklahoma City-Br

Cecy, the housekeeping supervisor, really made my stay. She was so friendly and went out of her way to make sure everything was right. The rest of the staff were welcoming too, and my room was spotless. Country Inn & Suites by Radisson was clean, comfortable, and relaxing, and I’d happily come back or recommend it.

My room was clean and pretty comfortable, and the hotel itself is nice. The staff weren’t rude, just seemed indifferent and not very interested in helping. I was charged a $50 deposit and told it would be refunded at checkout, but they don’t seem much more interested in sorting out the refund.

I stayed here in early December 2025, and the elevator situation made things especially difficult for people in our party who had health issues and trouble with stairs. We had specifically asked for elevator access or a first floor room. One elevator was already out when we arrived, and staff assured us the other worked. By the second day, neither elevator was working, with no repair plan and no help offered to get our belongings out or assist those who needed it. When I asked for a supervisor, I was told nobody was there. At checkout the next day, they said a supervisor would call, but nobody did. I’ve called twice and heard nothing. We were also given bad information about transportation and distance. We were told the shuttle ran at all times, but on arrival learned it only ran at certain times and only at night. Staff said the event center was a five minute walk; it’s a ten minute drive or around a 20-25 minute walk. The room phone didn’t work and didn’t even have a place to plug it in. We raised it with the front desk on our first night, and they said they already knew. Edit: Two weeks later, management still hadn’t called, and it seemed they had no intention of resolving this with me. Edit 2: Greg, their GM/Owner, is now looking into it. He was much more pleasant than the front desk, and I hope we can find a resolution.

The room was clean, the shower had hot water, and I could hear some neighbors. I’d probably stay again. Check-in itself went fine, though the person at the desk wasn’t especially friendly. The TV could use an upgrade. The channel-up button didn’t work, and without a guide I had to guess at the channels. With internet TV these days it wasn’t a huge deal, but still. Breakfast hours were confusing. The desk said 9, the QR code PDF said 10:00, and the paper with the key said 10:30 on weekends. When we called, the desk said breakfast ended at 10:30, but I’d confirm because there seems to be some mix-up.
