We enjoyed the board games in the lobby, and the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to welcome us. We bought the breakfast option expecting a regular buffet, but each order was freshly made. The food was delicious and fresh. We’ll definitely stay here again.

The scenery is breathtaking, and the location is perfect for everything. I felt seen and safe during a super quiet, clean stay. The staff were friendly and professional, and everyone here speaks and has a family vibe to it. I’ve already booked a return trip. I can’t wait to have coffee in the lobby again. I’ll add photos after my trip!

We’ve been here several times, and the rooms are consistently clean. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff are friendly, helpful, and seem willing to go out of their way for you.

The check-in was the rudest, most sarcastic, unpleasant experience I’ve ever had. The front desk woman had a sharp, defensive, smart-mouthed attitude about my calls going unanswered. I drive for a living and have stayed all across the USA, and her demeanor was deplorable. I called for over an hour before arriving and got no answer. She told me to go to Google for the correct phone number. So Google it is. Unreal. No consideration for a tired traveler, just embarrassing and disappointing in every way. Yuck!
