The staff have always been friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is good, with better food than most hotels offer. Rooms can be a little off sometimes, though it's only minor things, and the pricing is high. For the area, it's a really nice hotel. I'd recommend staying here if you're passing through.

Miss Areya at the front desk was patient and very friendly. I booked online, and she explained the refundable incidental fee. She'd also just baked cookies before I arrived, which was a nice touch. The lobby felt inviting, and there was breakfast and a pool. Parking was clean and felt safe. Compared with the Republic hotel down the street, the Best Western was a proper, clean, modern, functional hotel. My room was large and clean, with no strange hallway smells or stains on the walls. The king bed was a little stiff but comfortable enough, and it was fresh and clean. The TV worked, and the shower gave me a hot, pleasant wash after a long day of travel and work. Overall, the Best Western met a good standard for the price.

Louisa, the kitchen hostess, made the best road breakfast we've ever had. The food was amazing, and she kept the dining room spotless. The housekeepers were very nice, did a great job, and left everything exceptionally clean and in order. Thanks to everyone. I'd highly recommend this business.

Breakfast was hot and tasted great, and the rooms were clean. Norma and Raquel at the front desk made the stay comfortable, and I especially appreciated that the restroom was clean, considering this is an oilfield town. They also offered great recommendations. Sugar Creek Bar&Grill was my favorite. I'll definitely stay again when I'm in the area. 5/5.

The hot water problem isn't new, and the front desk already knows about it, but it still hasn't been fixed. Three of us were in separate rooms and had the same issue. I'll stay in San Angelo next time.
