Sam, our cowboy bellman from Arizona, was the best part of our time at Big Sky Village Center lodging. He has a heart of gold, and the resort is lucky to have him. If you get Sam, tell him Maria sends a big Tennessee hello. Megan at the reception desk was lovely too, and really made the trip special. I love my big sky mug!

We visited in September, after summer season and before the busy winter period. The room was modern, clean, and had a ski-lodge feel, plus a kitchenette with most of what we needed to warm up leftovers and eat. Staff were excellent, including the restaurant team serving breakfast every day. There's plenty to do around the resort, and Yellowstone is an hour away. After a day out, it was relaxing to use the heated pool and Jacuzzi. I think you'd enjoy a stay here in winter, summer, or fall.

I've always been cheap about trips and never splurged on ski-in/ski-out, but I'm glad we did this time. Jazz at the front desk made the stay so fun and special. Whenever we came through the door, she greeted us with a smile and asked about our day. I don't want to stay there without Jazz!

The staff were great, the rooms were nice, and it was a fun place to stay in summer. Just a heads-up, they don't have pack and plays or travel cribs for babies or toddlers.

We'd stayed in Big Sky during ski season before, but this was our first time at the Village Center. Weather canceled our flight into Bozeman, so we lost a night's stay and a day of skiing. When we arrived, Jazmin at the front desk was so welcoming. We asked if they could work with us on the missed night, and Anna, the manager, accommodated us. The customer service was AMAZING. We'll stay at the Village Center every time. Thank you, Jazmin and Anna.
