The place felt brand new and was very clean. We felt safe in the well-lit parking lot, and the walk-in shower was a big plus. Staff were friendly and quick when we asked for an extra pillow and late checkout. The bed was comfortable, the pool crystal clear, and the hot tub was nice. The pool was a bit chilly for me, maybe around 75-80 degrees, when many hotels are closer to 83. We also liked the free coffee available around the clock. We're not breakfast people, so I can't comment on that. Great value and location, and we'll return to Billings. We came from Wyoming for medical, leisure, and personal business, and were glad we stayed at the Avid. One note, the Rib and Chop House next door was a major disappointment.

The Continental breakfast had a nice range of choices, and the price fit our budget. It was also easy to get around from here, with The Reef next door. This place feels like a hidden gem: one of the cleanest hotels we've stayed in, with some of the friendliest staff.

The hotel itself is nice, but Kailani at the front desk made the stay especially good. We hit a snag with our booking, and she helped sort it out and did the right thing. She was sweet, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. I'd recommend Kailani and Avid again without hesitation.

Jessica made the best hotel breakfast I've ever had, and I've stayed in plenty of hotels. Della was equally great, taking care of us with a professional and friendly manner. Della and Jessica are the best. When I come back to Billings, I know where I'll stay. God bless Sella and Jessica. John and Cheryl Eisenhour

This was our second stay, and we brought our dog the first time. They had a treat bag and a nice little outdoor pet area, so it's very pet-friendly. The rooms are small, but really clean, with clever places to hang and store clothes. The bed is comfortable and the sheets are so soft. Check-in was easy and efficient, staff were friendly, and breakfast had a good variety. This time I tried the hot tub. It was clean and hot, just how I like it. Great value for the money.
