But we've had to replace the refrigerator four times, and we've lost expensive medicine, including Ozempic and insulin, as well as refrigerated food. The cleaning is only surface-level, and you need to bring your own pots, pans, dishes, cups, and utensils.

For many of us, this is home, even if it may not seem like much to other people. The team does their best to meet your needs. Shay has treated us with respect and warmth from the day my family arrived. She's always smiling and happy, works incredibly hard, and goes the extra mile to make guests comfortable. Shay, keep doing what you're doing, you're amazing.

I was really disappointed with this room and wouldn't have stayed for long. Both sink handles just spun without turning on the water. The tub looked stained and dirty, and there was garbage on the floor. There weren't any bath towels, so we had to go get them ourselves. The first bed was hard and uncomfortable, and I got no satisfaction from this stay. It was a poor reflection on the company.

A good option if you're trying to save money, since it feels more like an apartment. Our room had a stove, fridge and freezer, sink, and microwave, so making meals definitely helps cut costs. The location wasn't bad, and there's an elevator.
