Comfort Suites Billings

The first room had trash left behind, and hair all over the bed and shower. In the next room there was white powder on the desk and the bed still had hair. The manager was extremely rude. I stayed checked in until 6, but didn’t bring in a bag because I had other business in town. I checked in and left without using anything since I wasn’t there long. I appreciate the reply, and the refund isn’t the issue. It’s the manager’s rudeness and refusal to take responsibility for poor service. Do yourself a favor and stay down the road or across the street.

Breakfast was amazing, and the staff supporting it were great and kept things clean. The rooms were otherwise super clean, but we only noticed mold in the bathroom the next morning. Front desk service wasn’t welcoming. I’d stay again, though I hope the bathroom is mold-free next time.

The receptionist was helpful about finding replacement rooms, but this took several tries. In the first room, the sheets had a two-foot line of brown marks that looked like they might be diarrhea. Three other rooms all had different yellow and brown stains, hair clumps on every set of pillows, crumbs on the bedcovers, and some rooms were double-booked. There was long human hair, facial hair, and animal hair.

Damon at the front desk was friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the minute I arrived, and the rest of the staff were great too. The lobby was spotless, my room was spacious, and breakfast had lots of tasty choices. I did arrive to find no soap or towels in the room, but staff sorted that out quickly. I had a great stay and would come back.
