Riley Carter did everything she could to sort things out and kept at it the whole time. Hailee at the front desk was great too. The staff here are amazing, and I’d absolutely recommend staying here. I won’t use booking.com again after they hung up on me 11 times, and I’d avoid third-party booking sites. Big thanks to Riley and the team, a definite 10 out of 10.

We were dealing with a family emergency, and everyone here made our stay as easy as possible. The rooms were fresh and clean, with handy cabinetry around the microwave and fridge and plenty of outlets for charging. McKade was working hard the whole time I sat in the lobby, and was very kind. The female night auditor was also so nice, chatting with my brother and me about the area. Sorry I didn’t catch her name. Thanks to all the staff.

McCade at the front desk made a great impression while we were passing through. He was genuinely happy to help, remembered us when we came back with more questions, and was so professional. I travel for work a lot and really appreciate service like that. He’s a wonderful example of great hotel staff.

The restaurant food was disappointing. The steel oats in the picture were dry and clumpy, so I’d eat at one of the nearby places instead. The floors are thin enough that you can hear people walking upstairs, and the rooms have few amenities. Still, for a three star hotel, it’s clean and modern, with a nice gym, self service guest laundry at $2 per wash and $2 per dry, and lots of free parking. It’s about 15 minutes from the airport and a 10-15 minute walk to Starbucks.
