I don’t stay in motels much, but everyone here treated me so kindly. When I asked about mailing a letter, they told me they didn’t offer postal service, then Scott from maintenance took care of mailing it for me himself. The place was clean and just great to stay at. I’d definitely recommend it.

I used to love staying here, and the rooms are clean, breakfast is good, and the staff are usually kind. But after the lovely review I left last week, I came in and was met by an extremely rude front desk employee who was disrespectful from the moment I arrived. She called me a liar, even though I don’t lie. I stay here once or twice a week, and now I’m not sure I can come back.

In the first room, the window was off its track, the TV was nearly falling off its stand, and the smell was like four packs of cigarettes had been smoked in there. Moving rooms didn’t help much. I had to pass stained mattresses in the hallway, and the second room smelled moldy and had a broken bed headboard. I asked for a refund and was refused, and told to call the manager. The next morning I was greeted with “oh it’s you.” I spent two weeks calling to report the problems and got nowhere. The worst hotel experience I’ve had. I’ll never stay at another Sleep Inn.

The first room was dirty, and the remote was the wrong one. I looked behind the desk to see if the right remote had fallen there, and found it along with boxers and a dog ball. The sheets and blanket were dirty too. The second room was somewhat cleaner, but there were socks under the sink and a blood spot on the blanket. Breakfast varied, some mornings it was awful and a few others it was okay.
