The staff were kind and accommodating, and I liked the breakfast choices. The room itself was okay, with a fairly comfortable King size bed and a roomy tub with hot water for a relaxing bath. It was noisy, though, since we were at the back near the parking lot exit and laundry room. The highway was close, which made it easy to get around. I didn't check whether the chair or bed had bed bugs, but I definitely got a bite on my hip. A major shock and disappointment, especially for the price... I stayed there over Memorial Day weekend.

Casey was the BEST hotel clerk I've ever met. She did what she could to make my stay a good one. My first room was an "older" room that hadn't been renovated, and when there were problems she moved me quickly without any fuss. It's a fair value for the price. Great for traveling, though not somewhere I'd pick for a honeymoon...

The breakfast area is small, with only 4 or 5 tables, but you can take the food back to your room. They had the usual Super 8 options, yogurt, breads and a waffle maker. The beds were okay and the room was fine, nothing special. I thought it was an acceptable, well ran Super 8 despite the poor ratings in a lot of reviews. It's certainly not a 4 star hotel, but it isn't meant to be. Similar to the Howard Johnson at Binghamton's... that place does have a bigger breakfast sitting area.

We stayed one night and were charged for an extra day. The Motel said the charge had been corrected, but it still showed up on the credit card statement. The desk attendant couldn't understand that it hadn't actually been fixed if the card charge was still there. The desk help was inadequate, and the place was overpriced for poor quality. Super 8 is a Super Bust! I see no reason to stay at another one and deal with that incompetence.
