The beds were uncomfortable, and their dingy comforters didn’t help. The floor looked so filthy I didn’t want to take my shoes off, and the toilet had black stuff all over it. For the price, this was a terrible deal. The place advertises itself as upscale, but the lobby quickly showed otherwise. There was no air conditioning, and it looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 90s. The rooms were dated too, with ugly box TVs older than me, and I’m thirty. This place is terrible.

This was the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed. We booked a room with two beds but were first given one with just a single bed, so they moved us. While I was trying to find a light in the next room, I realized there were no bulbs. Then we saw roaches walking around as if it were normal. We switched rooms again, but the room two doors down had roaches too. Every room we went into was disgusting, and the front desk staff were rude. This whole place needs to be condemned. If zero stars were possible, I’d give less than zero, maybe negative 100.

I had to change rooms five times. Two units had air that didn’t work, and in two others neither the water nor the TV worked. The rooms weren’t very clean, and it was way overpriced. There’s no phone or Wi-Fi service available, either. It’s also poorly lit at night. With the way the property is laid out, there are lots of places someone could hide and attack you, so watch out. I travel a lot, and I’ll never stay here again.

The thing I most regret is staying after finding drug paraphernalia outside the door. I won’t give them any more of my money. Avoid this place at all costs. It’s not worth risking your safety to save a few dollars. I’d requested a non-smoking room, but the one I got reeked of smoke, with ashes on the carpet. The woman at the front desk showed me another room that smelled just as bad, though she said she couldn’t smell anything. My wife and daughter wanted to stay, which was my first mistake. Then I noticed the fire detector was missing from the ceiling and in the desk drawer. That was my second mistake. The air conditioning took six hours to almost cool the room, and the smell gave me a sinus infection. Both were more reasons I should’ve left. But I stayed anyway.
