The price was reasonable, and the staff were great. The rooms were clean and had the basics, including toiletries and a hair dryer. Just a heads-up, there’s no pool. I’d stay here again.

The inn manager was especially kind and understanding, and even let us check out late. We booked at the last minute for a weekend in Blacksburg, and the reasonable price and spot near old town worked out perfectly. The room was clean, though the walls are thin. We had a great stay 👌

We’ve stayed here for several years and have had no complaints. It’s an older, simple hotel, and the rooms haven’t been updated, but they’re clean and have what you need. The owners are great, and Harry is always accommodating. The location is perfect, and plenty of Hokie families stay here, so don’t let the dated rooms put you off. We’re looking forward to coming back over the next four years now that our youngest is starting in the fall. Highly recommend it! 😃

The bed was so comfortable, and the room was very clean. The owner and his wife were lovely and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed and were happy. We had a great visit to Blacksburg, and the Red Carpet Inn is in a great location. We’d definitely stay again.
