Sleep Inn & Suites

We were traveling through from Iowa when the weather turned bad, and needed somewhere to stay at midnight. We checked all three hotels, then went in and spoke with Kyra. She was pleasant and accommodating, and helped us get a great rate. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable, and breakfast was hot with a nice variety. We'd definitely recommend it and stop again.

I saw mostly good reviews, but one mentioned mold. I thought that might be a temporary problem and booked anyway. I regret it. There was mold in the shower and tub, and in the mini fridge. Since I arrived late and had already switched rooms once because the TV didn't work, I didn't ask to move again. I told the man on duty the next morning, and all he said was, "Let someone know." That wasn't good customer service, and breakfast wasn't good either.

The price was great, especially considering all the positive reviews I'd seen, which would normally push it up. My room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and breakfast was standard. Nothing negative to report.

We've never stayed at a Sleep Inn before, but we'll be back. We travel with two pups, and the staff were so helpful, answering questions, showing us where the amenities were, and accommodating our room needs. The room was clean and didn't smell like dogs. Staff were always visible and kept cleaning up. Thanks.
