The room itself was nice, but housekeeping missed a lot on our second night. The sheets stayed the same, and there were no fresh glasses or replacement ice bucket liner. We tried ordering room service, but the only menus were posted in the elevators, so reading one meant riding up and down. I expect better from a Hilton property.

I arrived at 7 p.m. and was told my room wasn't ready, then put in a room that clearly needs repairs. The toilet kept malfunctioning, and nobody serviced the room during my stay. Every day I had to beg for towels and washcloths, and all I got was “sorry.” That doesn't fix anything. Parking costs extra, too, despite being in an open, unsecured lot. This was a terrible stay, and I wouldn't come back. If I could give it no stars, I would. I don't usually write reviews like this, but don't stay here. Go elsewhere.

The reception was delayed because the wedding party's room still wasn't ready at 6 p.m. The hotel also had only one bartender when two were expected. Now they're saying there were extra guests, but some people didn't show up and there weren't any unexpected guests. It feels like the hotel is trying to charge the couple more money.

There was hair all over the shower walls, dirty towels from the previous guest left inside, and no soap in the shower when I checked in. I told the front desk, but the soap still wasn't replaced. A poor experience.

The food was really good. I tried the breakfast buffet and a few dinner menu items, and enjoyed them all. The hotel was clean, and everyone was so nice. The GM was especially accommodating, and he and his team went above and beyond for us. Fantastic service and five-star treatment. Thanks for making my stay so nice!
