For $1500, this was a ridiculous experience. My husband booked what he thought would be a relaxing spa day and night for me and my best friend. The yoga session was one hour, though it had been advertised as two. The front desk employee was rude. She took us to yoga, but afterward we couldn’t get back into the building and had to call repeatedly for someone to let us in. It took hours for the room to get its final inspection. When we finally arrived, the wine my husband had ordered at booking wasn’t there. There was trash in the bin, dirty Q-tips in the bathroom, stains on both comforters, and Nerds in my bed. A dehumidifier ran nonstop in the room. At first we were told we couldn’t eat at the Arrington without a reservation, even though the place was completely empty. My husband called, but the manager never called him back and only refunded $107. For an actually relaxing spa day, go to Ross Bridge. You’ll have a nice time and it won’t cost a fortune.

The golf course is beautiful, the spa is really nice, and all the activities are fun. I’ve been here several times for company retreats, and it’s always a great stay. The food is fantastic, the service is excellent, and the place is quiet and relaxing. I’d definitely recommend it.

I went with Mom while she met a childhood friend for lunch. The grounds and hotel are beautiful, and lunch was fantastic. It’s a great place, and I’m looking forward to coming back.

Pursell Farms makes you feel welcome and at home from arrival through checkout. It’s a one-of-a-kind place, with some of the best golf around. Randy is one of the best people there, and Keith at the restaurant is amazing too.
