Breakfast on Friday was a real highlight, with a phenomenal selection. We were there from Christmas Eve through the 27th, and the staff took great care of us. The rooms were fabulous, too, and the hotel is close to Mall of America and plenty of good food. I'd recommend it to anyone!
10/10
For the price, this hotel was amazingly beautiful. I loved the little touches, like dried lavender to help you wind down and shower steamers for an energizing morning. 10/10, I'd stay again and recommend it!
6/10
The customer service was wonderful, and everyone was friendly when I needed help. The room was very clean, but the walls are so thin that I could hear my neighbors and everyone in the hallway. I was also disappointed by breakfast, which cost $17. The bar had cold cuts, quiche or another egg dish, and oatmeal, but no modern breakfast options. There wasn't a microwave either.
10/10
I wasn't especially impressed by how friendly the service was, though it wasn't a big deal. What matters most to me on Marriott stays is cleanliness and upkeep, and this AC property was great on both. My room was spotless and clearly well maintained. I'd definitely come back.
8/10
The staff were excellent, and the hotel was super clean, better than most AC Hotels I've stayed at. It's worth considering over many of the other hotels around the mall. The fixtures and faucets felt like a luxury touch, but the lumpy bed and well-worn sheets didn't match the rest. General parking was $15, plausibly to discourage non-guests parking there for nearby airport trips.
