We could finally settle in for the night on comfortable mattresses, and there was no noise coming through the walls or ceiling. The rooms are spacious and clean, too. I especially liked the bathroom lighting, the great shower pressure, the lighted mirror with a speaker built in, and all the counter space. Check-in was quick and easy. The staff were efficient and friendly without laying on fake sweetness. I'd definitely book here again.

For anyone staying here for MEPS, don't count on the food being a highlight. Dinner was dry, though it was okay and filled us up. I was hoping for a nice hotel breakfast, but the best thing they had was cereal. The rooms themselves were great, and the service was good too. The shuttle pickup from MEPS was meant to be around 6, I think, but we waited another hour and a half because the front desk hadn't contacted the hotel about sending it. I would usually blame MEPS, but the hotel has an agreement to show up at set times without needing a call. The shuttle person did apologize, so I appreciated that. For anyone here for another reason, this review might not apply. With the rooms being so nice and the service otherwise fine, I'd recommend the hotel.

This hotel has moved up to five stars for me. They’re adding steak to the bar menu, and when the shuttle wasn't available, the hotel manager, Jody, personally took me to the airport. That's top-notch service, y'all. Henry, the bartender, is the hotel's best asset and the reason I gave service five stars. Other Cambria’s in other cities have better restaurant food choices, though. No steak?

The pool and gym were clean and in great shape, and housekeeping even cleaned every wall in the hotel. The place felt spotless. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with lots of healthy options and a lovely selection of fruit. D’Anthony, who handled breakfast, was especially attentive and welcoming. The shuttle driver was also very friendly and helpful. He worked Friday from 3 PM to 11 PM, then came back early Saturday for a 7 AM to 3 PM shift, still with the same positive attitude and professionalism. Sorry I didn't get your name, you deserve the recognition. Every staff member showed care and professionalism, and the whole stay was a pleasure. Thanks to the team for making it so enjoyable. I'd recommend this hotel for comfort, cleanliness, and great service.

The location is handy for both the airport and Mall of America, and the hotel is clean, comfortable, and has great amenities. We always have a good time here and will keep coming back on our Minneapolis trips.
