We liked the large workout room and pool, and the free Thanksgiving sandwiches were a thoughtful gesture. Still, next time I’ll stay somewhere else. The rooms felt very small for a family trip with our 10- and 15-year-old kids and goldendoodle. When we arrived, they didn’t know we were bringing a dog. I checked the room and found no shampoo, dead bugs on the bathroom floor, and dirty toilets. The shower door kept popping open, and its handle was on the outside, so you had to reach around to open it. I told the front desk; they gave me shampoo, then maintenance came in and got the bathroom dirty and wet with his boots while checking the door. Someone also stole my son’s charger.

I love this hotel and its breakfast. The rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable, with a really comfortable mattress. I wish the walk-in showers had a hand shower. The fixed showerhead has so much pressure that it hurts.

The room was clean and ready as soon as we arrived. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance, though not right nearby, under a mile away. There’s no free breakfast because there’s a Starbucks. We ordered a BLT and fries from the bistro; it was decent, no complaints. They only honor Gold membership for Titanium and above. I’d definitely stay here again.

The park-and-fly package was convenient, and the hotel was clean. The shuttle was on time, though I wish it ran more often than once an hour. We didn’t use the pool.
