Eastland Suites Hotel & Conference Ctr, Trademark by Wyndham

During a 15 day, more than 4,400 mile road trip in April 2026, we traveled from NW WI to Naples, FL, then Atlanta and Fredericksburg, VA, before heading back to WI. We stayed somewhere different almost every night, usually a 3 star hotel. Eastland Suites was easily the best of them all. The room was very clean, and I loved its lively decor. The staff went out of their way to help, and breakfast in the morning was delicious. I would've been happy to stay longer, though it wasn't our destination. My photos probably say more than I can. Highly recommend it, and it's worth a detour for the lovely setting.

This was a lovely studio for staying with our dog Bubby, with a beautiful resort-like feel. I loved cooking steaks and chicken on the gas grill, which was clean and ready to use. I came to the area for surgery and found a peaceful, relaxing place to heal. The price felt well worth it, and the staff were great. Thank you.

We couldn't check in because the building had no power, and the keys wouldn't work. We had five studio suite rooms under five different names and were traveling as a group with small children, including a 2 month old. They said there was nothing they could do, so we went to another hotel. The weather was awful, and I understood it wasn't anyone's fault. I left my name and was told a manager would call, but three days went by with no call. When I called to ask about the refund, the manager was extremely rude. Maybe she'd dealt with other callers seeking refunds who were difficult, but I was only trying to get information and felt treated like a nuisance. She said she 'didn't appreciate it' when I asked if she could discuss the refund process, and huffed about the five rooms being under different names even though we were traveling together. We were dealing with a difficult situation too. That's why this is a 1 star review, the mistreatment and unprofessional manager I spoke to briefly, not the power outage itself. I'm sure she was having a hard day, but she shouldn't be in hospitality if a reasonable conversation was too much. I still haven't received the refund, though I expect I eventually will. Bad management has lost my business. I highly recommend Residence Inn by Marriott Bloomington, where they took good care of us with great service and a great hotel. It's nearby. Tell them I sent you! :-)

They put me out at night instead of accepting payment for one more night, even though I'm a 70-year-old Hilton honors member. I had to drive home in the dark, despite my driver's license limiting me to daytime driving. After I'd been there four months, they put all my things out and wouldn't even let me keep the room another night. I'm very upset about how I was treated. The young general manager who wants that place hangs out in the lobby at night with his young girlfriends, staying just out of the camera's view. He said someone up there, instead of letting me get back to the hotel and check out, put my belongings out. Please don't trust Embassy Suites over there. You could come home and be put out of your room, whether you're seeing your citizen or not.
