Cameron helped me book a room by phone for a new employee, and he was wonderful. He stayed positive, focused on helping, and made the whole process easy and even enjoyable.

A quiet place to sleep, with comfortable beds and friendly staff. The rooms were decent, and the breakfast was decent too. It sits a little away from the freeway bustle. We were only there to sleep, and I'd definitely try staying again if I'm in the area.

I checked in online for a King room, but the front desk said the King rooms were overbooked and only queens were available. The lobby was very dirty, and I found garbage on the floor in my room and hair all over the bathroom floor. The TV wouldn't turn on, the beds were very hard, and the heating and air conditioning unit didn't work. I slept terribly and was so disgusted that I checked out at 5 a.m.

Several things in the room were broken, including the AC unit, and the hotel's hot tub was out of order too. The service was genuinely helpful, though. They gave us a box fan to use instead of the AC, which is the reason I didn't give it one star.

The room hadn't been vacuumed, and changing channels on the TV took forever. The final straw came around 6 a.m. as we were getting ready to leave: I wanted a bagel, and breakfast wasn't scheduled to start until 7 even though everything was already set up in the breakfast area. The desk guy said we couldn't have anything before 7. Really! We've always picked Fairfields on the road, but this one is coming off our list.
