The washer and dryer were the best part for me, and the kitchen was well equipped. There were two bathrooms plus a half bath, so my family fit comfortably. A tip for arriving: tell the manager what time you'll get there, then text when you're on your way. I'd definitely stay again.

Ewww, this is the worst residence. My flight was canceled because of the Guam typhoon, but they still wouldn't offer free cancellation and want the full $367 as a cancellation fee. This was the worst service I've experienced in Guam, a place Koreans love. I'm going to share this with the media too.

A bunch of street kids just walk in and use the pool as if they live there. It feels kind of scary, and I'm not sure the place's security is up to par.

We went there for a gathering and had a nice time. I love the Airbnb. It’s two stories and has a dishwasher, and costs $5,000 a month.

No service at all. The floor was oily, towels were dirty, and the water pressure was low. Housekeeping costs USD60.
